All our shipping is conducted through Australia Post and the services they provide, unless you expressly request otherwise.

Shipping times provided are meant as a guide only and are expressed in business days. Due to circumstances outside of our and Australia Post control, there will be times that packages may be delayed and EC Choice is in no regards responsible for these delays.

The purchaser will have an option between requesting a signatures or giving authority to leave. If the purchaser gives authority to leave, EC Choice holds no responsibility for any packages that go missing.

For purchases made before 2pm (ACDT) EC Choice will endeavour to ship them on the same day. On occasion, this may not be the case due to circumstances out of our control.

Any advice given by EC Choice as to whether a package can be sent to an overseas address is simply that. By accepting to ship to overseas destination, the purchaser accepts EC Choice takes no responsibility in ensuring that the purchased goods pass through any form of customs and any additional costs associated with this are the responsibility of the purchaser.

EC Choice makes no profit from the shipping costs at all and we will endeavour to minimise costs associated with shipping as they arise.
